About Me
Hi, I’m Caden Anderson — partner at 123Built and a Utah pool and retaining wall contractor. I’ve been working with the company for just over a year now, but my connection to 123Built goes way back. I’ve known Mark Stott, the founder, since I was a kid. Our families have always been close, so teaming up professionally on custom construction projects across Utah County felt like a natural step. Over the years, we’ve built not just homes—but trust, strong relationships, and some truly unforgettable outdoor spaces.
I’ve always loved working with my hands, being outdoors, and watching a project come to life from the ground up. Whether it’s installing foam-insulated pools, building durable retaining walls, or managing full custom backyard builds, I take pride in doing things the right way the first time. I’m passionate about craftsmanship, clear communication, and making sure every client feels confident throughout the entire process.
When I’m not on-site working on a backyard transformation or checking in on a job in Utah or Salt Lake County, you’ll probably find me dirt biking with friends, lifting weights, out on a run, or manning the grill. I love a good BBQ and have been told I’ve got serious skills on the Traeger. I also just got engaged to the love of my life, and we’re getting married in July 2025 — it’s been a pretty amazing year.
As London puts it, “Caden is the hardest worker you’ll ever meet — I swear, it’s the only thing I ever hear from people! I’m so proud of everything he’s accomplished and the kind of man he is.” And honestly, that means the world to me.
